The Parker

Steps away from Memorial Park is The Parker, luxury multifamily living designed for the youthful jetsetter with an active social lifestyle. Upon entering through the main doors, the ground floor is bifurcated with the business center and leasing lounge on one side and the resident amenities on the other. The resident amenity spaces include a variety of seven interconnected rooms, such as a café, gaming lounge equipped with a remote-controlled fireplace, pool, poker and foosball tables and a sunken TV lounge. All seven of the resident amenities are located within a linear catwalk with each distinct space defined by a rhythm of stone, backlit glass columns, subtle variations in flooring insets, millwork and decorative lighting. The design team screened these areas with custom walnut fins to provide a hint of privacy, while maintaining an open, visual connection to enhance the energy and vibrancy throughout the active spaces. All of the areas share a link to one another by the use of a continuous and simple material palette of wood ceiling and flooring, stone and fluted backlit glass. A series of indirect and featured chandeliers also provide additional focal points for each of the amenity zones. The contiguous amenity lounge areas provide for a vibrant social scene that is akin to a bar lounge atmosphere at an urban hip hotel.
